Childcare Worker Interest Form

Trinity hires people to work as part time employees to serve as Childcare Workers during Bible Studies, Community Groups, and Events. By applying to this position you’re simply saying you’re willing to be contacted when a need arises, it doesn’t guarantee you'll work every event, but it gives us a reliable pool of trusted individuals to reach out to. If you love kids, want to serve families, and are open to occasional paid opportunities, we’d love to add you to our list!

• Must be 18 or older
• Care for children infant through 5th grade
• Help create a fun, safe, and loving environment
• Complete necessary Ministry Safe Training and Background Check
• We maintain an active list of the approved Childcare Workers at the church office. If you would like to be assigned to a specific group only – please let us know.
• We cannot have anyone work with Children at Trinity that is not screened, trained, and approved in advance. 
• We also cannot pay anyone for work as an employee unless we have the correct Federal and State employment paperwork on file.
• Childcare Workers are part-time, “on the payroll” employees of Trinity, meaning they are covered under our Liability, Workers Compensation, and other insurances. Childcare workers are “at will” employees. 
• Everyone is screened, trained, and required to follow our policies to protect kids, families, the workers, and Trinity.
